Painting wallpaper is a problem and not a good ideaPainting wallpaper is possible, but isn't a good idea because it often bubbles immediately or soon after. The time saved by painting over the wallpaper will be lost when the mess of the painted wallpaper is removed. I say to strip the wallpaper now, wash all the glue off. Prime with 1.2.3. Zinnser if the wall is clean, or an oil primer if there is some residue of glue. |
